This website, lookgross.com, is operated by Look Gross Studio, a photography studio in Signal Hill / Long Beach, California. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Look Gross Studio. This policy covers information collected through this website. It is written to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and other applicable California law.

Information you give us:

• Booking inquiry form: your name, email address, and the message you write about what you're looking for (including any dates or ideas you include).
• “What to Expect” guide signup: your email address, plus the address of the page you signed up from.
• Emails and messages you send us directly, including anything you choose to include in them.

Information collected automatically:

• Browser storage: the guide popup saves a small note in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) so it remembers whether you signed up, minimized it, or dismissed it. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clear your browser's site data to remove it.
• Technical data received by our service providers: like any website, loading our pages sends your IP address, browser type, and device information to the companies that host the site and serve its fonts and videos (listed below).

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other analytics or ad-tracking tools on this site.

• To reply to your inquiry, plan and book your session, and communicate with you about it.
• To send you the “What to Expect” guide.
• To keep basic business records and to keep the site working and secure.

We only share information with the service providers that run this site and our inbox, and only so they can provide those services to us:

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or safety.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done so. We also do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track: some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, and this site does not respond to DNT signals.

Tracking over time and across sites: we don't track you across other websites. However, third parties whose content appears on our pages, mainly YouTube/Google (the embedded videos) and Google Fonts, may collect information about your visit. Google may combine that with information it collects when you visit other websites or use its services, over time. We don't control that collection. You can ask to review the personal information we have about you, correct anything that's wrong, or have us delete it. Just email nanigrossphoto@gmail.com from the address you used with us, tell us what you'd like, and we'll take care of it promptly. We may keep records we're legally required to keep, such as booking and payment records.

We keep inquiry and signup information only as long as we need it to work with you, stay in touch (if you asked us to), and keep ordinary business records. We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards, but no website or email system is perfectly secure.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
